With a combined two decade of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Software Quality Assurance and Program Management, Emma blends strategic business expertise with deep personal development to create holistic, lasting transformation.

Her journey from humble beginnings in customer service and fast food to earning a degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing, minored in Management plus certifications in Scrum, ITIL, Prince2, and Program Management reflects her own resilience, determination, and commitment to growth.

Today, Emma is known for her online Summits called The Game Changer Summit, The Deal Makers Summit and her Confidently You workshop helping individuals identify internal bottlenecks and build the mindset and confidence needed for sustainable success either personally or professionally. She empowers individuals at every stage to trust their decisions, strengthen their leadership, and rise into their highest potential.

She serves as a transformational coach with Heartcore Leadership and The Rock in San Diego, teaches Bible study in Pakistan, and passionately supports causes close to her heart, including March of Dimes, Impact Others, and a water project in Pakistan.
