Terms & Conditions of Purchase

By completing your purchase, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms with She Prospers Her (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

1. Commitment & No Cancellations

All purchases are final. Once you enroll, you are fully responsible for the agreed payment plan, regardless of participation or completion. No cancellations, chargebacks, or early withdrawals are permitted due to a change of mind, personal circumstances, or lack of commitment.

2. 3-Day Waiting Period

All services are subject to a 3-day waiting period before any service begins or digital access is granted. This ensures proper onboarding, setup, and intentional delivery.

3. Refund Policy

  • Digital Products & Courses: Non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Coaching & Done-With-You Services: A one-time 50% refund may be requested within 7 days only after the first session if not satisfied.

  • Events & Workshops: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred with at least 72 hours’ notice.

  • No refunds for lack of use, change of mind, or personal schedule conflicts.

4. Payment Authorization

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full fee or agreed-upon payment plan. Missed or failed payments may result in revoked access until payments are complete. Late fees may apply after 14 days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content is proprietary. You may not copy, share, teach, or repurpose any materials for commercial use without written permission. Violation may result in legal action.

6. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific financial, business, or personal results. Your outcomes depend on your implementation, effort, and circumstances.

7. Media Consent

You grant us permission to use your image, voice, and participation in group sessions for marketing or educational purposes unless you opt out in writing.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Austin, TX.
