Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Effective as of the date of this purchase
By completing your purchase, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms with She Prospers Her and Sara Chevere (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

1. Commitment & No Cancellations

All purchases are final. Once you enroll, you are fully responsible for the agreed payment plan, regardless of participation or completion. No cancellations, chargebacks, or early withdrawals are permitted due to change of mind, personal circumstances, or lack of commitment.

2. 3-Day Waiting Period

All purchases are subject to a 3-day waiting period before any service begins or digital access is granted. This ensures proper onboarding, setup, and intentional delivery.

3. Refund Policy

• Digital Products & Courses: Non-refundable once access is granted.
  
  
• 1:1 Coaching Services: A one-time 50% refund may be requested within 7 days only after the first session if not satisfied.
  
  
• Events & Workshops: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred with at least 72 hours’ notice.
  
  
• No refunds for lack of use, change of mind, or personal schedule conflicts.
  
  

4. Payment Authorization

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full fee or agreed-upon payment plan. Missed or failed payments may result in revoked access until payments are complete. Late fees may apply after 14 days.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality Agreement

All content is proprietary. You may not copy, share, teach, or repurpose any materials for commercial use without written permission. Violation may result in legal action. You acknowledge and agree that all methods, processes, strategies, and materials shared by Sara Chevere and She Prospers Her as part of the Program are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Sara Chevere and She Prospers Her. This content constitutes a proprietary system protected under national and international copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Substantial time, effort, and expertise have been invested in developing the Program, encompassing all materials related to VIP Days, Virtual and In-Person Events, business coaching frameworks, and strategic advice.

By participating, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of this material. You will not duplicate, distribute, share, teach, or disclose any part of the Program content to third parties for any reason, unless the content is publicly available, part of the Program delivery, or disclosure is required by law. In such cases, you agree to provide prompt written notice to Sara Chevere.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or disclosure of the Program materials will be considered a breach of this agreement. It may result in legal action, including but not limited to injunctive relief and/or damages, as permitted by law.

6. Results and Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific financial, business, or personal results. Your outcomes depend on your implementation, effort, and circumstances. Any income or earnings examples shared by Sara Chevere or She Prospers Her, including testimonials or results from our clients, are intended to illustrate what’s possible, not to guarantee what you will achieve. These outcomes are the result of years of experience, dedication, and consistent effort.

Your success depends on many factors, including your commitment, work ethic, background, and ability to implement what you learn. As with any business endeavor, there is no guarantee of results. Individuals who do not take consistent action may experience little to no results.

We believe in complete transparency and integrity, and we want you to make decisions based on facts, not hype.

7. Media Release & Consent

You grant us permission to use your image, voice, and participation in group sessions for marketing or educational purposes unless you opt out in writing.  As part of my participation in the Program (OTHER THAN FOR PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS), I agree that She Prospers Her, Sara Chevere, may record, photograph, or otherwise capture my likeness, voice, images, interviews, and statements made, and hereby assign to Sara Chevere all rights and title to have and to use, royalty free, any portion of my participation, for any lawful reason including advertising and marketing purposes, documentary purposes, informational purposes, and training purposes.

8. Governing Law

The laws of the State of Texas govern this agreement. Any disputes will be resolved in Travis County, Austin, Texas. In the event of any collection or legal matter relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, the non-prevailing party shall reimburse the prevailing party for all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs resulting therefrom. YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN AUSTIN, TEXAS, FOR ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and She Prospers Her, Sara Chevere, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements concerning this subject matter.

By entering into this Agreement, you agree to have read and understand the foregoing provisions and agree to be bound hereby.
